Dr. Kelly McGonigal is a psychologist and lecturer at Stanford University who is known for translating insights from psychology and neuroscience into practical strategies that support health and well-being. She is best known for her books “The Willpower Instinct” and “The Upside of Stress”, as well as her viral TED talk based upon the latter. We talk about all of the above, along with Leadership, her latest book, “The Joy of Movement”, and a few different ways to manage life’s pressures.
