Leonora is the Founder of Platinum Rule Advisors (PRA), a consulting firm devoted to executive coaching for leadership teams, especially of family-owned businesses. Leonora is a colleague of Patrick’s at Vanderbilt University, where she teaches Negotiation. She has served on several corporate and non-profit boards and held leadership positions at J.P. Morgan, Boston Consulting Group, and Estée Lauder.

A Princeton University and Harvard Business School graduate, Leonora is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and a member of the Harvard Institute Of Coaching, Forbes Coaches Council, and Marshall Goldsmith’s 100 (MG100) Coaches. MG 100 is an invitation-only group of accomplished coaches committed to using their talents to improve people and organizations.
