    Hi Patrick,

This podcast really resonated with me and I plan on sharing it. Thanks very much. As a creative professional, I feel it’s really tough to take ownership of downtime for creative thinking in our fast-paced world. This solidifies what I intuitively know. My best work comes out of a process of working, waiting/thinking on it, feeling uncomfortable, revisiting the challenge/project, revising and resolution/creation.

    Best regards-

    Hi Patrick,

After listening to the podcast, I’m even more motivated to take risks, I don’t have to be in control all the time and it’s ok to run into brick walls. Looking back 32 years ago when my Federal career started, I appreciate even more today the challenges I encountered, and because of those challenges, today I appreciate the temporary setbacks. Career twists and disappointments a long time ago has made me today a wiser parent and a stronger leader for my team. Also enjoyed listening to Jim Beavers interview Patrick Leddin!
